History

Since Snap-tite was established in Wexford in 1986, the business has grown steadily and built up a considerable base of customers in Ireland, UK, Europe and in the Southern Hemisphere. The Wexford plant is located in Whitemill Industrial Estate, Wexford Town. We have a highly skilled manufacturing work-force of 17 employees who have worked with the company for many years. Rob McGrath, Customer Service and Jackie Kane in accounts are always available to deal with any enquiries you have or advice you may need.

The company is managed by John Gahan who has worked in the industry for over 30yrs and a long-standing member of the team. John is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall operations of the company. He ensures compliance with the requirements of ISO9001:2015 as well as all obligations and systems applicable to health and safety. John has extensive knowledge and experience of the process, engineering and tooling specific to the hose industry.

Ake Bursell is our Vice-President of Global Business Development based in Spain. He overseas the prospection of all new clients as well as the servicing of existing ones. Ake has fluency in five languages and has extensive experience in the hose industry.
